About Us

	Jeff Beeson is both a real estate broker and licensed contractor. With over six years experience in real estate and twenty years experience in the construction trades he is well versed to support clients with all their real estate needs. He also attended both Ball State University where he majored in Accounting and Purdue University where he learned Electrical Engineering. In 1999 due to his vision and insight to the increasing demand for qualified contractors in the REO bank owned market he successfully established Ason's Construction. Jeff's unique talents have made him one of the most sought after people in the REO market in Indiana.

	Mr. Thompson has over 25 year's of successful management experience with varied types of businesses. He is a Ball State graduate with a BS degree in Computer Science. In October of 2000 he was hired to manage and grow Ason's Construction as well as explore new business opportunities for Beeson Realty. In three short years under Milan's leadership Ason's Construction has grown to the largest home preservation company in the state of Indiana. Beeson Realty has now grown to include listing bank-owned properties and supplying Broker Price Opinions (BPO) for major banks across the nation.
